Digital Downloads

• Instant Delivery: All digital products (such as vector artwork, printables, and digital downloads) are delivered instantly via email and/or an immediate download link on the order confirmation page once payment is successfully processed.

• No Shipping Fees: Digital orders carry zero shipping costs.

Physical Orders & Processing Times

• Order Processing: Physical items (such as printed artwork, card decks, and merchandise) are custom-printed on demand. Please allow 2–5 business days for order production and processing before your order ships.

• Domestic Shipping: Orders shipped within the United States typically take 3–7 business days to arrive after dispatch, depending on your location and selected shipping method.

• Tracking Information: Once your physical order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can follow your shipment's journey.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your physical items are calculated and displayed at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Address Changes & Missing Packages

• Correct Address: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. Chesca Studio is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

• Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your tracking status shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please check with neighbors or your local post office. If you still need help, reach out to us at info@chescastudio.shop with your order number.
